Prices:
All prices are in euros, per night, plus:

• Local tax: €3.20 per person/night (from the age of 15)
• Final cleaning: Apartment I and II – up to 5 people €115 per stay
• Final cleaning: Apartment IV – €90 per stay
• Final cleaning: Apartment 5 – €75 per stay

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Security Deposit:
We reserve the right to request a cash deposit of €200 upon arrival (refundable after check-out).

Arrival and Departure:
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (please contact us if arriving later)
Check-out: by 9:30 a.m.

Minimum Stay:
Summer: 5 nights / daily arrival possible
Winter: 7 nights / Saturday to Saturday

Deposit:
A 30% deposit is due within 7 days after booking.
(The paid deposit will be fully refunded as a value voucher; no cash refunds possible.)
The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: 30% — the paid deposit will be fully refunded as a value voucher (no cash refund possible)
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the room price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the room price
• Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the room price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the room price

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend taking out travel insurance at www.europaeische.at

Parking:
One parking space per apartment is available directly behind the house.
(If you arrive with two cars, please let us know in advance.)

Ski Storage / Bike Room:
In winter, our ski storage room with ski boot heater is available – so you can start each day with warm, dry boots.
In summer, this space can be used to store your bicycles.
